Scope and Estimates

All proposals and estimates provided by EZ Electric NY describe the scope of work, materials and labor to be provided. Changes in scope requested by the client may result in additional costs.

Scheduling

We strive to meet project schedules and milestones agreed upon with the client. Unexpected conditions, delays from other trades or permitting agencies may require schedule adjustments.

Payments

Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due net 30 days. Late payments may incur a finance charge. Materials may require deposits or advance payment depending on the project.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one year from the date of substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and fixtures provided. Tampering or misuse voids the warranty.

Permits and Inspections

We will obtain permits and coordinate inspections as required by code and local authorities. The client is responsible for associated fees unless otherwise noted in the proposal.

Safety

We follow OSHA and local safety regulations. Clients agree to provide safe access to the site and to coordinate with other trades to minimize hazards.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.

Confidentiality

Any plans, drawings or proprietary information shared by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the project.

Photographs

We may photograph completed projects for portfolio use with the client’s permission. Identifying information or trade secrets will not be disclosed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts located within New York State.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
